Went diving thurs and caugh two lobsters. So tonight is surf n turf. Grilled em up on the performer with oak. Thanks for looking.

Oak was really for the steaks but the lobster took on a little of the flavor. I just used a small piece. It was tasty with the hint of smoke on it.

They were big tails so about 15 minutes alternating between direct and indirect.
