Been a long week and not much chance to BBQ, so I had to do some cooking this weekend. Last night was Ribeyes, Lobster Tail, and some grilled veggies on the gasser:

Today I fired up the smoker and did some Slap Ya Mama Spicy Cajun Salmon:
