Don't know if it's where you are, but Publix in my area has St. Louis cut ribs for $1.99 a pound, and Bi-Lo has buy one get one free Spares.
 
Their building a Publix here and can't wait till they open. Harris Teeter has baby back bogo ribs this week.
 
Most of the rib deals that I see at Publix or Bi-Lo are previously frozen, if that matters to anyone. I will still buy mine at Costco.
 
Kroger is advertising baby backs (if you like tiny ribs with no flavor or meat and paying more for them) as 2 for 1 right now...
