Sunday's Bacon Breakfast

For this week's Sunday breakfast, I decided to bacon it up a little bit in honor of Diesel Dave.
I actually started last Sunday by starting some jalapeno maple bacon. Thick sliced bacon, add a sliced fresh jalapeno, maple syrup and some black pepper, wrap it up and back in the fridge for a week.

Yesterday, I started with the coffee, of course, and some diced red potatoes for a bacon chorizo hash on the Blackstone.

Followed by the chorizo and crumbled bacon and some red onion.

Next, the maple jalapeno bacon and might as well throw a couple more jalapenos in the hash.
Have some coffee, let everybody get happy.

Mrs Fan wanted in on the action, so she whipped up some pancakes and some of our home made sausage.

Finally, a few eggs and it was time to eat.
We may have made a bit more than we should have, but it was sure tasty. Think we'll be having some leftover breakfast for supper tonight.

I don't think you cooked too much, Dave always cooked for a big crowd, so that amount is fitting. It all looked amazing!!
