Sunday Steaks

Love my afternoon Sundays out at the smoke shack , done a reverse sear steak cook with the best Jealous Devil Charcoal.

Marointed these for few hours in combo of dales and soy sauce blend. Reached in the rub pantry 1st thing grabbed was big poppa Cash Cow , so it was.... :thumb: this a killer steak rub !! Hope everyone's weather is on the rebound and folks are grilling up a storm !! with Jealous Devil ! :twisted:

We get so much reuse out of ours it really levels out. If you "cut it off" when done cooking you can get another cook out of a batch easily...
