Sunday Ribs

I decided to have some ribs for myself. My wife was busy and would be away from the house all day and most of the evening so Ribs it is..!!

Just a basic rub and at 5 hours they were looking good! Only had time for one pic because my neighbor caught me and well he had the beer and I had the ribs!!
