Pic looks Great How did it turn out
Ribs were pretty good, but those sweet potatoes! They were unbelievable.
just a little butter (actually squeeze parkay this time) and olive oil, and some of the BBQ rub sprinkled on. They went on the smoker for the last 3 hours of the ribs cook @ 275. They were crispy and caramelized on the edges, and melt in your mouth tender inside.
