Following Robb's lead I was feeling lazy this weekend
https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=303459
No type of charcoal was harmed this weekend
First off I took some of the ham from last weekend to make some pea soup
The mains to add along with the water and peas
And after two days on the stove the soup is done, to lazy to put in a bowl for the picture
And then I was going to make some gumbo but decided to get lazy and MSU
Started out by par cooking some shrimp with cajun seasoning
And then some chorizo
And some thighs
And finally the trinity using all the good taste from the pan
First a layer of rice on the bottom of a casserole with the chicken and chorizo, the trinity was added to the pot when making the rice
And another layer of rice with the shrimp for visual effect
After the oven for about 30 minutes, Nellie got to it before a chance to take a shot
I am doing this again
Thanks for looking
