Seasonings this weekend
Head Country for the beef, Italian for the split breasts and G Hughes for the wings. Chicken had a 48 hour soak
Beef all rubbed up
Split breasts and wings out of the soak and ready for some time in the fridge, added a little HDD to the wings since the G Hughes has zero heat
Beef on the 18”
Added the split breasts after a while
Split breasts are done for later in the week
Wings turn
Almost forgot about dinner, polish sausage and pierogi
Beef is pulled for weeknight dinners
Wings are done, a couple to snack and some to the neighbor who just had a new baby girl
Finally dinner
All the donuts Nellie bought this morning for the crew at work didn’t make it. My dessert is a glazed
sour cream, banana icing, peanut butter drizzle with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
