Decided on some baby backs tonight, just got em on an hour ago. My son Brock down a chicken and he added it to the pit boss after I took this picture. He is in his first year of culinary school. He is going to end up teaching me a few things.

Forgot the top rack has holy voodoo and the bottom is my rib I make
Gonna see which one I like better.

I thought the Holy Voodoo was very good, mine I make was a litter sweeter and had more punch of heat. If I had to pick a winner I would say mine. I thought Holy Voodoo was more salty.
