Started off the day smoking some Linguica and Andouille sausage that I found in the meat drawer of the fridge, gonna make some chili.

Meanwhile Nellie prepped round two as she wanted pastrami

Chili is done and ready to chill for some mid-week meals. Red beans, black beans, diced tomatoes along with some corn. Assorted seasonings.

I am not even sure it will be sliced tonight as Nellie is sleeping and I am going to make myself a drink.
