Been awile since I posted any food. So Superbowl Sunday found the smokers running and the smell of smoke drfting through the neighborhood....

Made some Pork:

and a Brisket.

Food was great! Need to find some more wood, though. Running out!

I'd hit that! Why does your brisket have half a smoke ring...:twisted::lol:

Cuz I'm half the cooker I need to be?

Really that was after I separated the flat and the point. That was the point. Upside down of course. And it was the first brisket I cooked since Alki...

The point had no smoke ring. Well a touch. I think I have bad wood. Bought a bag of oak and it is all dark brown and dirty looking. Not much smoke.

Researching wood on the interwebs as Applecreek is out of what I want until spring.
