This one was the best fattie that I've done so far- filled with hot tomales mmmm good! I'll definately be doing this one again.

Smoked using B&B lump charcoal & pecan wood chunks. 3 hrs for the fatties & loins, 5 hrs for the ribs The bacon wraped fattie was filled with boudin/mozzarella cheese & used chipolte sausage. The tamale filled & other boudin/mozzarella cheese filled used maple sausage. The cheese helped hold the boudin together after using the press. Last hour for ribs I glazed with Daddy's Lip Smakin' Sweet BBQ sauce (from the Brethren recipe list)

Dear God, I am an hour from lunch and about ready to eat my computer.That boudain stuffed fatty sounds killer.
