Pork Picnic smoked in pan. Pan held seasoned pork (last of John Henry Pecan) in about an inch of OJ and several splashes of Worcestershire. Webber Hickory Pellets. Dialed 250* to an internal average of 170*, about 5 hours. Schmeared pork with Chipotle Salsa and covered with foil. Off the cooker at 201* and resting. High Plains Cuban with chips is the plan, and a beer

Looks yummy! Does the Salsa give off a lot of flavor? Also, the dog looks like he has got it made.

To me the Chipotle Salsa is exponentially milder than their Product Chipotle in Adobo Sauce..
Salsa has a nice "more sweet than not" roasted pepper flavor. Salsa has consistency of pureed tomato, Chipotle in Adobo has the whole jalapeno in sauce.
