Sunday Bone-in prime Rib-Eye

I picked up this 2.5# prime bone-in Rib-Eye at Costco the other day. Today it went on the Weber, indirect with mesquite lump along with a nice big potato.


I hit it with some Montreal Steak


and on to the Weber




I gave it a rest


sliced it


plated with some Guacamole, chips and a nice local IPA.

Very tender and full of flavor. Thanks for looking.
