Time for another rack of ribs. Here are the rubbed ribs

While I'm waiting for those to cook, my son and I made these

Ribs are done, but not with as much pullback as last time

I'll have some of that with some home cut fries and slaw please

I liked the fries more than the ribs, my last rack was better. Too much rub and they weren't as tender as last time, but the cat liked it

Obviously I need more practice. Eventually I'll get good at it, like baking

(Tomorrow's breakfast)

Thanks for enjoying my food!

Looks like a keeper plate!! And cooking with the family is hard to beat. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks everyone.

I've been baking since I was 12, so about 30 odd years . Cookin great food for the kids on the electric and the gasser for a bunch of years, so it's about time I got into Q.

Next cook will probably be a picnic or a Boston, if I can find either cut around here without paying a fortune.

I just got my ET73 and two more thermos, and I'll have a couple of custom charcoal baskets soon :-D
