Summer Cookout

[Swine Spectator]

This won't count as an official "cook thread", but I wanted to explain my entry into the Summer Cookouts Throwdown.

I combined my cookout into a giant burger:
- two 80/20 beef patties, topped with colby-jack cheese
- two 100% Angus beef hot dogs, sliced
- 3 strips of center cut bacon
- pickles
- jalapenos
- lettuce
- mustard
- mayo
- ketchup topped fries
- on a toasted Keiser roll

I've been told I have a big mouth but there's no way I could eat that.

I must say, that may be the biggest burger that I have ever seen presented on here. I would love to give it my best shot. Well done!

That may very well be the perfect burger.


When I was a young boy I used to put french fries on my McDonald's hamburger. Who knew I was ahead of my time?
