Oh??? I have the three ceramic feet under it. Not sure what the "company" says, but there is at least a 1/2inch under neath the cooker. Can put a tile under there. Easy enough to do. Scott
 
Yak, I know very little about ceramic cookers but that pizza pie looks pretty darned good to me.
Gonna have to rethink about an egg here in Mid-Michigan.
 
I'm also really interested in some artisan breads in this thing. Anyone else do unusual things in the a ceramic cooker? Something you wouldn't do in the WSM or offset?
