I have a bit of vinegar in mine so it would be fine but I am one of those "better safe than sorry"

Mine has got vinegar and yellow mustard (vinegar base) so I'm probably good... Using the method I use now it keeps for two to three months in the frig with no problems. It would be nice to be able to keep it at room temp. I'll try some both ways, in the freezer and the water canner and see how it goes.

The only thing I ave I it that can go bad is beef broth and tomato paste.
