Steak Tacos!

Taco Tuesday means steak tacos!!

Started with a flank steak, seasoned with Q-Salt, vacuum sealed and then tossed it in the hot tub (Sous vide) for 2 hours at 130.5F

After the bath, it hit the grill running hot with vortex for a quick sear.

While that was happening i heated up my tortillas on the Blackstone.

Dressed the steak tacos with a cilantro/onion/lime salsa and shredded cheese.
