Solo again tonight so I stopped on the way home picked up some beer and a flank steak, I don't know if I have cooked one before, S&P for the rub. I was delicious and much more tender than I would have thought. Pics don't do it justice Mini Akorn did the work

Flank is one of my favorite cuts of beef. Along with tri tip, I'd take them over a lot of other steaks if cooked and sliced properly.
