Steak Dinner with Pron...

[Mad Max]

Picked up about 8 porterhouse steaks, on sale at $4.99 a lb., at my local market, last week. Tonight, I took out two for a dinner, for me and my wife.

Seasoned them up with kosher salt and black pepper and threw them on the portable gas grill.

Three minutes on each side, and let em rest for 15 minutes, under foil. A little cheesy pasta as a side.

This is the result....Mmm.
