Spicy chicken breast for dinner!

If you haven't had Sucklebuster's "Wild Thang" it's pretty good, it went on real heavy on these breasts which made them nice n spicy and savory.

I'll definitely spin more like this because it was juicy all the way to the outside edge even though I like the sear when grate cooking. This was definitely juicy and tasty!

Boy those look really good. I particularly like the even cooking and obvious moisture throughout. Just a thought, we routinely marinate chicken breasts in mojo then grill and slice for fajitas/tacos; bet your technique would be outstanding!

Thanks Dave! This kept it moist from the very outside edge in, I can't imagine how it could be more moist.

Turkey breast sure sounds good too!!
