Spices to add to burger mixture?

Kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper once the patty is on the grill. Hit it again with the same on the flip, along with a brush of Dale’s steak seasoning. Best burgers ever.

I’m willing to give the Cavender’s a shot, based on all the Brethren recommendations. Going to be hard to beat S&P with a brush of Dale’s...
 
The tastiest burgers I have ever cooked were sprinkled with Dizzy Pigs Redeye Express,after the flip.
