This past weekend I fired up the perfomer and spatchcocked me a couple of yard birds.

took two young chickens ~ 5lbs each, and split 'em and rubbed them

Northwest BBQ - those feet belong to my 14 year old son..( it think)..he is the one that normally hovers around the food while I get it ready. :icon_cool
