I put hunks of ham or ham hocks, onions, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, a couple bay leaves, a pinch of basil, thyme, oregano (sometimes marjoram) and salt. Think that's all! Thanks Kloogee! :-D

Really nice Jeanie. The relaxed feeling just comes through on your post. Camping is really fun, as long as you don't have to be in a crowded campground (which you don't). Look at the stars, the campfire. It's not all bad!
