I am finally doing another cook on the WSM and am planning for an overnight cook this time. Anything I should know before I attempt this? I am going to do 3 pork butts some pig candy and some ABT's and a fattie. I figure I will start the beast a smoking around 10:00 saturday night and then count on it being done by noon or so and then I will cooler them until dinner time.
 
thats great advice :p I will put the fatty on Sunday morning early and I will put the abt's and candy on around 10:00 AM (I think they should be good if they go on then) Can I hang the pig candy from the rack and lay the ABT's on top of the pig candy?
