Obie-Cues “Sweet N’ Heat” was the seasoning, held about a steady 400 during the cook. The Char Broil was still at 300 this morning with not much fuel when I started.
 
That’s great looking skin on them there yardbirds. Never tried Sweet N Heat but let looks like maybe I should. Congrats on another fine cook.
