Thanks Melissa! I've been lazy with the blackstone and haven't used it in a while. These are the spot shrimp that sushi places serve by deep frying the head and the body is usually served raw on rice. It's got a sweet taste to it unlike regular shrimp hence the name sweet shrimp. I actually took the brains out but they brains are edible. I can't have enough of the stuff.
