Howdy folks and Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms out there!

Been doing some various cooks lately but haven’t got around to posting them...here to catch up a bit:

Jerk pork loin. Walkerswood Hot and Spicy

Prime packer with Malcom Reed TX seasoning and armadillo eggs. Straight through around 300. Should of pulled the eggs a few minutes earlier as I lost some inside goodies

Kung poa chicken and shrimp. I really dig having a flat top

Duroc spares. About 4.5 hours at 300...should of pulled a few minutes earlier as they came off too easy

Creekstone prime short ribs...tasty, but I need to find some true plate ribs to try

Wings for lunch on the weber with vortex. Used lump and a blower to really get it going...cooked naked at 550 or so...tried Kosmos wing dust on them and it was ok (no pics) I prefer liquid sauces I think...but I don’t think the weber/vortex combo can be beat for wings

I was inspired by Moose’s sausage pizza on another thread so we made a few the other night. Same day dough (2-3 days is much better) and homemade sauce. Ken Forkish’s methods and work flow really work well for a home oven (so well I tossed my Blackstone)

Malcom Reed lemon pork loin sandwich with dill caper sauce. It seems the last few Mother’s Day we have made this. Whole family likes it and the flavors just seem to work, and it kind of rings in summertime. Cooked for about 90 minutes at 300 (the M1 likes to cruise there). Pulled at 140

Sure does look great.
Weightwatchers for you when this is over(just looking at my waistband, sigh)

Glad you walked away from the cookers for a minute to post a few pics. You've been having too much fun. I'm jealous and hungry now!
