I took some leftover brisket flat and diced it up then made some Mac and cheese using the " Amazing Ribs Crack and cheese" recipe. All I had was penne pasta so I put it in a cast iron skillet and on the Weber kettle with some indirect heat and some hickory chunks. I used sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese.
