They arrived yesterday and they sold out in a couple hours. Got there early today and bought a 25lb. Box o x-hot! Roasted and then made some quesadillas with asadero and muenster cheese and some beef/chorizo mix. Had to have one with just salt on a tort. They had a great season up there this season with the sun and weather. They have some great heat!:twisted:

Roast. Cool. Bag with the skin and stem. Push all the air put of the bag and freeze. Easy peasy! Skin will fall off easily now and easier after thawing.
