Sweet! I just scored a bunch of extremely meaty short ribs at an asian market yesterday. They were mismarked as pork bellies. Can't wait to cook em up.

No we cooked up two racks, six total, took one rack to our favorite chef and got a free dinner out of it. its two pictures of the same rib
