Happening in Cottage Grove, WI on June 18th is a KCBS sanctioned backyard event! Chicken and ribs will be judged at this event. And with an entry fee of only $75.00, it's hard to pass this up! If you're new to the competition side of things, or if your looking to hone in your BBQ skills, this would be a great event to compete in. Not only would you be competing in this event, but you would also be supporting a local volunteer fire department.
