Ok Gang, I was wrong. The recipe I was looking for was not posted on this forum. I was at the hospital last Thursday checking in with my cancer and blood doctor and had seen it in an old magazine they had in the waiting room. I am posting it as a picture and if anyone wants it and cannot read it just let me know and I will forward it to you. I am going to give this a try.

That does look good. I saw someone here made some compound butter with honey and rub - probably similar to this. Thanks for sharing.
