I have an 18"HX18"D by 48"long. Its an old under frame tool box.
I'd like to make a smoker box out of it. I have an old cast iron wood stove that im goiing to use as a fire box.

I'm planning on making a hole in the bottom of the box and feed the smoke through a 6"pipe.

Where would you put the hole? In the center of the smoker or at one end of the smoker box. Thanks for any help. Love the site. Al
