Never used my Jumbo Old Smokey to actually smoke something so I tried a pork shoulder. Not bad for a first time. Six hours for a 3 pound Pork Shoulder.

The old smokeys are every bit as good as webers for smoking. Looks great.

But 3 lbs? Go get a 7-8 lb whole picnic and try it again. Leftovers are good.
