Looks like we might have a challenge with rain tomorrow in N TX.
I hope it doesn’t turn out like my first turkey 20+ years ago in the cold drizzle and wind with my leaking brinkman smoker.
Was Shootin for a 1:00 meal, I think we ate at about 8:00 pm.

Oven? Nah,… well maybe as last last resort. I have an umbrella setup.

I smoked four birds and a ham. 3 birds went to families in need and the 4th was split for my sister who couldn't make Thanksgiving and a coworker who's family lives out of state. 15lbs of mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, corn, rolls, and a pumpkin pies.

I did the Turkey and it came out really good with a Great Color Thanks Harvest Brine and TBE I guess I was in charge of the Pies since I bought them Also did the majority of clean up which will be finished today

Baked my Cranberry Cheesecake yesterday. Homemade Cranberry Sauce on top, Sugared Cranberries to garnish.

It looks real pretty and I hope it tastes as good as it looks.

As a follow up, this cheesecake did taste as good as it looked. And it disappeared. Many slices went home with family. I kept one slice to take home for myself, which was fine with me.
