I just got a new Brinkmann Pellet Grill/Smoker and love it. This is my first foray into the smoking business and I am enjoying the learning curve. But I have smoke coming out of the pellet hopper. After the grill has been going awhile there is quite a bit of condensation on the lid if I open it up. Any idea's what's going on there?
I realize the Brinkmann is the "el cheapo" entry level grill and I couldn't afford the matching Traeger but the hopper and auger systems are identical so maybe this is a problem for Traeger.
