Hi All Shop Rite in Paramus NJ Has Smithfield Prime St Louis ribs for $1.99 lb.
Couldn't pass them up.:roll:
Wasn't in their weekly circular??

My local Save-A-Lot had these on sale a week ago at the same price. Nice uniform shape and good fat to meat ratio. They did have a small amount if the rib tip which i really like. On the racks I got there was a small pocket of fat at about the second bone on the large end but it's easy to trim out. Wish I would have gotten a couple more for later.

I have a rack of these in the freezer but that's a good price. I haven't tried them yet hope they're good.
