I first used time I used Slap Yo' Daddy Rubs I used his Chicken Rub #1 in America. Jackie And I really liked it! Moist and Tasty

Seasoned with Slap Yo' Daddy Meat Rub Original sealed in a bag , into the
Fridge for 4-hrs.

Seared @ 650* 3-min. a side

Puller and rested while I brought the temp. down to 350* and put the Tri-Tip on a raised grill

Pulled when the internal temp. 125*

Served with Baked Potato and braised black Kale. This was one delicious Dinner!

Looks great!

You might want to try a reverse sear next time. I started reverse searing my tri-tip a couple of years ago, and noticed an immediate improvement in taste and texture. I know a lot of the Brethren agree.
