Simple Lamb, Garlic Naan and Johns Lamb seasoning

That looks amazing. Do you shoot for a particular I.T. on lamb when going this route or just until probe tender? I'm very novice at lamb

Just going by feel, the pull of the bone.
It does probe very easy so that should work.

Sure Looks Good!!!! I have a boneless Leg of Lamb in the freezer. I have never cooked one. This maybe my plan :grin:
