I've been registered for a couple weeks and made a few posts. I figured I'd better introduce myself proper. I come to ya from Mattoon, Illinois.

I've been smokin on an ECB for a couple years and am starting to get serious this year. I entered my first competition this year and am hooked.

My current Q goals are:
1. Tweak out my recipes. I've got my pork recipes down, but need to work on brisket and chicken.
2. Improve my presentation. I've been in one small contest and can see the importance of good presentation. Mine definatley needs improvement.
3. Equipment upgrades. I love my modified ECB but I'm outgrowing it. I've been watching the UDS threads and am ready to give one a shot.
4. Team name. If I'm gonna compete, I'd like a good team name and logo.
