Very short notice, I know, but this is a fun, small contest. It's held at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Shelbina, MO. I don't think it is sanctioned by KCBS (yet). Entry fee is cheap-- $10 per category for Chicken, Pork, Ribs and Brisket. If you want to enter, the organizer is Johnnie Presson-- 573-795-1999. Or you could shoot me a message and I'll get you a sign-up sheet.
