Here's some clean up pics of cleaning out one of my WSM's. This one cooked a brisket, 2 flats, 3 butts, 5 pounds of sausage and a pan of beans before being shut down to clean. That pan sure was gnarly.
The coals relit once exposed to air so that made cleaning the grids faster because I did not have to light a chimney or use my gasser and rotate the grids around on it.
