Seasoning a UDS

I just finished my UDS, and I am seasoning it by wiping it down on the inside with crisco, and using hickory wood. Any other suggestions. Is this a good or bad idea?:crazy:

Perfect. Naked fatties are mandatory first seasoning meat though!

Fire it up and let it run at 300 for a couple hours
