I seasoned up my new Lang 84 today and I must say it cooked like a dream. I paid extra to get the warmer box set up where I can cook in it by flipping a lever. I also had an another damper added so I can shut the main chamber off and cook in just the warmer box if I want to. The temp outside was 28 degrees and it held 300 degrees with a small fire. Lov'in it so far and can't wait to cook on it again.
