I have one and they are awesome you can hi heat at 700 degrees or low and slow at 225 I've had mine for 4 months and I love it there is a learning curve for low heat once you get to about 150 start shutting it down for low and slow haven't used my wsm or my Weber kettle since I bought mine just hope it holds up it is a great grill or smoker
 
Pretty much an Akorn.
But there is no removable ash pan that I saw. The bottom vent is piped up to the shelf. And the stainless steel folding shelf. That is what I noticed, there may be other differences.

But yeah, just an Akorn with some mods.
