This afternoon I put on a 7 LB Boston Butt.

Also added 2 Pheasants and rice. Only smoked the pheasants for 15 min so they did not dry out as they are boneless and therefore pretty thin but I hope it is enough to get some flavor out of it.

Shortly Will put on 4 LBs of chicken legs. Will be pulling them and adding sauce.

Will post a few pictures when done with all, I did get pic of butt when it went on and will get one before foil.

Should have plenty to eat for the week.
 
Sounds real fine, can't wait for the pics. Nothing like leftovers for the week:thumb:
 
A couple more, kind of mixed up a little.

The chicken and pork butt were outstanding, the pheasant needs a little work.
