This turned out excellent. I'm going to try doubling the yeast next time to see if it will make a fluffier bread. This is good, but dense.

Looks great, I can only imagine the french toast that could be made from it.

I think blooming the yeast (up to a tsp) in the water with a tsp of sugar for 5 minutes may help to get a bit more rise. Yours looks really good Dean compared to pic on the recipe.
